General Terms and Conditions

1. Interpretations

1.1. Agreement – This encompasses the User Agreement together with all rules, policies, and guidance documents that govern the use of betting services. This includes but is not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

1.2. Wager – A contractual arrangement where a customer predicts the result of an event and places a bet in line with the Company’s rules.

1.3. Bet – The monetary value provided by the customer to participate in a wager.

1.4. Result – The official outcome of the event(s) that determines the bet’s success.

1.5. Customer – Any individual who participates in betting activities with the Company.

1.6. Betting line – A schedule of available events, their potential results, associated odds, and cutoff times for placing bets.

1.7. Odds – The coefficient set by the Company representing the likelihood of a particular outcome. Odds are used to calculate possible winnings.

1.8. Account – The player’s digital wallet maintained by the Company where deposits, wagers, and winnings are recorded.

1.9. Void bet – A situation where a bet is settled at odds of 1.0, effectively returning the stake to the player.

1.10. Regular time – The standard duration of a sporting contest, including stoppage time as per the sport’s rules, but excluding extra time, penalty shootouts, or tie-breakers.

2. Core Principles

2.1. Bet settlement is based exclusively on official information provided by the Company’s processing systems.

2.2. Players must verify winnings credited to their account. Any disputes must be submitted within ten (10) days, accompanied by detailed information including bet ID, date, stake, odds, and reasons for the claim.

2.3. A wager is successful only if all selected outcomes in that bet are correctly predicted.

2.4. The Company may alter the betting line, odds, or limits at any time; however, changes do not affect already placed bets. Customers should always review current conditions before submitting a wager.

2.5. Bets on events with already-known results may be voided and settled at odds of 1.0.

2.6. Disagreements between the customer and the Company (including disputes about payouts, odds, results, or validity of bets) must first be addressed through a mandatory complaints process before legal proceedings can be initiated.

2.7. Complaints must be filed within 10 days of the incident, supported by evidence. Unsupported claims may be dismissed without review.

2.8. Bets placed due to clerical errors, incorrect odds listings, or rule breaches may be declared invalid by the Company and settled at odds of 1.0.

2.9. If a match is suspected of being manipulated, the Company may suspend or void bets until official investigations conclude. Bets proven to be linked to unsporting conduct will be settled at odds of 1.0 without further justification provided to customers.

2.10. Should an obvious odds error occur, the bet will either be recalculated at correct odds or voided.

2.11. The Company will not accept liability for translation or spelling inconsistencies in team names, player names, or event locations. Such errors do not justify bet refunds.

2.12. If it is determined that a customer possessed insider knowledge of an event’s outcome before placing a bet, the Company reserves the right to close the account and void all wagers without presenting supporting evidence.

2.13. This Agreement is issued in English. The English version prevails over translations, which are provided for reference only.

3. Rules on Bet Placement

3.1. Bets may only be placed on events listed in the Company’s betting line.

3.2. The Company may impose or change maximum bet amounts and odds, or restrict betting access for specific customers at its sole discretion.

3.3. Repeated bets on identical outcomes may be limited.

3.4. Bets are valid only after registration on the server and issuance of confirmation. Once accepted, bets cannot be altered or withdrawn, except in cases specifically outlined herein.

3.5. Bets exceeding the available balance in the customer’s account will not be accepted. Upon registration, the stake is deducted; winnings are credited after settlement.

3.6. Pre-match bets must be placed before the actual start of the event. In-play (live) wagers may be accepted during the event itself.

3.7. If a bet is refunded, it will be settled at odds of 1.0. For multiples, only the affected leg is treated this way.

3.8. Bets incorrectly calculated due to erroneous data may be corrected. If this adjustment causes a negative account balance, no further bets will be allowed until the account is topped up.

3.9. Postponed or canceled events are recognized only if confirmed by official sporting bodies or clubs.

3.10. Bets are void if the customer deliberately provides false information to Company staff or attempts to manipulate results. This includes cases involving underage participants.

3.11. Bets placed on already-determined outcomes are invalid.

3.12. Bets are canceled if an event is delayed beyond 72 hours.

3.13. If an event is interrupted, already-determined outcomes remain valid. Other unsettled bets remain pending for up to 48 hours. If the event is not resumed, unsettled bets are voided at odds of 1.0 unless specified otherwise under the Sports Rules.

3.14. The Company sets maximum bet limits per sport, event, or customer account. These limits may change without notice.

4. Bet Categories

4.1. Single bet – A wager on one outcome. Payout = stake × odds.

4.2. Accumulator (Multiple) – A bet combining several independent outcomes. All selections must win for a payout; one loss voids the entire bet.

5. Restrictions on Selections

5.1. Multiples may only include one dependent outcome. If multiple dependent selections are included, the one with the lowest odds may be excluded.

5.2. Dependent outcomes are events where one result directly affects the other.

5.3. A “Team to score a penalty” bet is lost if no penalty occurs in regulation time.

5.4. Bets on “Next goal” or “Method of goal” are lost if the referenced goal is not scored.

6. Live Betting

6.1. Live bets may be placed on primary and additional outcomes and can be included in accumulators.

6.2. Live bets are valid only once registered on the server. They cannot be modified afterward. In some cases, they may be voided at odds of 1.0.

6.3. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate live-score data. Customers are encouraged to verify scores independently.

6.4. Live bets cannot be canceled or edited once placed.

7. Types of Outcomes

7.1. Bets may be placed on win for Team 1 (P1), draw (X), or win for Team 2 (P2).

7.2. “X1” wins if Team 1 does not lose. “12” wins if either team wins. “X2” wins if Team 2 does not lose.

7.3. Handicap bets – Points/goals are added or subtracted from the selected team’s score. Results are recalculated after applying the handicap. Refunds apply if the outcome is a handicap draw.

7.4. Total bets – Predicting whether the total score will be over or under the line set. If the actual total equals the line, the stake is refunded.

7.5. Progression bet – Wagering on whether a participant advances to the next stage.

7.6. League ranking bet – Betting on which team will finish higher in the standings.

7.7. Home/Away markets – Bets based on team performances, such as handicaps, totals, or win counts.

7.8. Asian handicap – A special market using quarter-goal increments (e.g., -0.25, +0.75). The stake is split into two parts and settled separately.

7.9. Asian total – Similar to Asian handicap but applied to total goals/points. The stake is divided into two wagers on adjacent totals.

7.10. The Company may introduce new bet types at its discretion.
